Does this shape appear in other series?   No - (none recorded).

Compare with Early Series 272 which is similar but 4-dimpled.

An unusual example on the right. The handle is L-shaped not the usual 7 (fitted upside-down perhaps?)  Another similar example is recorded.

Also, its base has three indentations around it; presumably ground out to remove a chip or blemish then glazed over. For another piece so treated see Early Series 101.
