Curiously incised not 89 but 90, although undoubtedly a no.89 lamp. For comparison see Later Series 90. The incised number was a mistake, corrected in pencil before despatch from Premier Pottery. '90' is crossed out and 89 appears in pencil. (Mistakes did happen - click here)
