Does this shape appear in other series?  Yes - this was the most popular and enduring of all Remued shapes. It appeared as  Pamela 8,  Early Series 194,  500 Series 501, and Later Series 1.

It also appears earlier in the 'A' Series at A89, in a range of sizes. It seems puzzling that this exact same shape should have two 'A' Series numbers. No explanation.

The shape book has no sketch but lists two sizes, 116/4 and 116/8.

TWO SHAPES
The 'A' Series is recorded in shape book 'A', starting at the back page (the front of the book being occupied by the Remued Later Series). Numbers run from A1 to A126. After a gap, however, numbers A101 to A122 are repeated with different shapes. Both versions are shown here.
