Does this shape appear in other series?  No - (none recorded).
Early Series 1/12 is similar but somewhat less plump.

These vases (and also Later Series 99) seem a surprising item to have been produced under wartime restrictions requiring manufactured goods to be utilitarian not decorative. They are rare, so clearly few were produced. The green example was kept by the family of potter Allan James.
