All these numbers are rare. There are no examples in the image database.
Do these shapes appear in other series?    No - not as far as is known, although there was a Leaf Dish at Early Series 336 and perhaps 141 was a repeat of that dish..

For 141 there is no sketch in the shape book.
No.140 is "same as no.122" and the sketch appears there.
