Does this shape appear in other series?   Yes -  Early Series 198  and  Later Series 50.

There are also un-numbered examples.

A few square-mouthed pieces, Pamela 1, are found mistakenly numbered 3.

This is the most common of all Pamela Series shapes although "least rare" might be more accurate than "most common".
