Does this shape appear in other series?  Yes - 'A' Series / Kerryl A107, although no example is recorded.

It also somewhat resembles Later Series 5 and Early Series 240, but here the base is more gently coned, and the throat widens upwards whereas in 5 & 240 it is parallel-sided.
