Un-numbered and rare pieces

Not all pieces from Premier Pottery display shape numbers. In particular, those produced in the first years of the pottery's operation,1930-34 before shape-numbering was introduced, are invariably un-numbered. That period covers most of the PPP range, very early Remued, and many Pamela pieces. There are also other pieces not so early but which for one reason or another never received shape-numbers.

It is difficult to catalogue un-numbered pieces in any systematic way, but this page is an attempt to gather together a significant selection of un-numbered pieces in the categories listed below. Note also that un-numbered pieces that match known shape numbers often appear on the relevant 'Catalogue by Number' page, and most 'Catalogue by Shape' pages include un-numbered examples.
