Does this shape appear in other series?  Yes - Early Series 219 and Later Series 55

This number is amongst those shown on a price-list dated October 1952. On that list, however, A7 is not an ashtray but a 'Sweet dish'. The shape book says 'ashtray' and the examples recorded in the image database are ashtrays. No sweet-dish example is known.

Diameter; 8.5 - 9 cm.

This example is incised A5  Presumably a mistake.
